Welcome to your Training Guide. Below you will find a specific set of Training Videos and Articles that we have categorized to help you, as a new user, become comfortable within your software. Support offers hundreds of additional articles that are available at your fingertips by going to the Admin section of your software and selecting the Support Center button. If you are unsure where a specific article/video may be located, use the search bar provided to type in a keyword.
While you are going through your training, we also encourage you to reach out to support with any questions you may have. You can reach support by accessing the Support Portal Button in your Toolbar and click on the CHAT button to the bottom right any time between the hours of 8 am-6 pm Central Time M-F. Also, in your toolbar, you are equipped with a "What's New" Button. That button takes you directly to our Private Facebook page where announcements, update info and things to know are posted :) If you are not already signed up, please ask to be added.
Before you begin, the Provider at your clinic will need to add you to the database. Please have them follow these steps if they have not already done so:
