Trying to Export a Patient Demographics list from Atlas?

Within Atlas, you can generate a report of all your active patients by going to:

Reports -> Patient Reports -> Patient Lists.

From here you can click "report" and generate a report of all your active patients in the system.

Once the report is generated you can click the yellow notepad icon at the top of the report. This will prompt you to save a CSV document of the report with all the patients information.
