The Action Items report is exclusive to CoAction Communicate/Marketing Clients
This report will show a list of Completed Tasks logged from the Action Items Task List Manager inside the Action Items area of the CoAction Toolbar.
To Generate, Go to Reports "Completed Action Items"
The report will default to a current monthly range.
Select your specific Date Range and select Update to generate the list.
When the list generates, you will see data such as the Start Date provided for the task, Due Date, Completion Date, Description of the task, and the user that was assigned to the task.
Anything in Black was completed on or before the Due Date.
If the Line Item is in Red, it was completed after the due date.
Please note, If the Task was deleted within the task list manager It will not show here. There is NO report showing which tasks were deleted. Tasks should only be deleted if it was entered in error.
