Indefinite Unattended Access
Due to the numerous issues support has seen and the frustration being felt by our clinics stemming from Windows Updates not being run in a timely manner, support would like to extend an offer to place your SERVER computer on indefinite unattended access.
Issues include but, not limited to:

Our Software Updates not being well received (not performing as it should)

Reminders not sending out

Communication Delays- This does not include network issues

Necessary services responsible for sending backups, stopped

Lag and Time Out issues
Setting your server up would also allow support to access your server computer easily when an issue arises, check your SERVER for Windows updates before we send a software update, ensure our updates are downloaded, installed, and performing properly. In the event support sees an issue, they would be able to assist in rectifying the issue before clinic hours to minimize the downtime a clinic may see.
There is no additional fee for this service as support is offering this to our valued clients in an effort to combat the many updates windows is currently sending.
**PLEASE NOTE: This is Completely Optional**
To get set up, we will need some information from you:

We will need the username and password of the admin user on your Server PC. If you have an IT company maintaining your SERVER computer, you will need to get this info from them or ask them to create a specific user for CoAction Support that is not restricted in any way.

If you are using a Microsoft account to log into your server, you will need to sign in on the Server computer locally. Support can assist you in how to set that up. It's a very quick process.

Your clinics hours

A time when a server reboot can take place during the day that will not affect patient hours (for example clinic lunch hours)
Once we have this information, support will supply a session code to get connected to your SERVER computer.
In closing, support will not be accessing your server at all times. If an issue presents itself you will need to contact support to make us aware.
