When you have a device that will not login, please follow these steps to find out if all devices are on a Private Network
Go to your internet icon to the bottom right of your pc toolbar
Right click and Select Open Network and Internet Settings
Select Change Connection Properties
Change to Private if not already selected.
ALL COMPUTERS INCLUDING THE SERVER NEED TO BE ON THE SAME NETWORK AND SET TO PRIVATE
