Once you've input sufficient details, simply click on the tantalizing 'Get Suggestions' button! Prepare to be amazed as it generates up to four intelligent and creative suggestions, meticulously crafted based on the information you've provided.
But the excitement doesn't end there! Upon identifying the suggestion that resonates with your needs, you can effortlessly apply it directly to the campaign builder. We are now going to guide you on how to utilize ChatGPT effectively to create outstanding content!
Getting Started
- Go to the Admin Area of your CoAction Software
- Select Campaigns
- Select "As Master" for a new campaign or Select an Existing Campaign you would like your new campaign to branch from
- Select Add to start building the new campaign
Once you have opened up your campaign builder, you will perform the normal step to get going such as:
- Giving your campaign a name
- Indicating if you want this campaign to run during a specific time period
- Saying how often you would like to send
- Choosing wether or not this campaign is going out via Email/Text and choosing your sending settings from the provided drop-down.
Once you have made these choices, you can now build your content!
Select the "AI-GPT Help with Content" button located at the bottom right of your form
When your form pops up, you will be asked "What would you like the email or text to be about?"
In this example, I placed in:
I would like to write an email that provides 5-10 home exercises that female chiropractic patients can perform daily to improve strength and overall health.
Once I have given a detailed layout of what I want my email to be about, you will select "Submit Answers"
Now ChatGPT is going to take over!!
Based on the initial information provided, ChatGPT is going to ask a series of questions to make sure the content suggestions it provides, meets your needs.
In My Example
When submitting your answers, you will type them in the format you see that is currently grayed out within the answers section.
1. Answer one
2. Answer two
and so on...
In my example, I wrote out:
1. Yes, I would like the target audience to be women ages 30 to 45
2. Yes, please provide exercise examples that do not require them to buy anything to perform.
3. Exercises that can be performed that do not take a lot of time to complete would be best. Making sure that even women with busy schedules can fit them in.
4. Yes, please provide the best practices when performing each exercise to prevent someone from injuring themselves
Once you are happy with the answers you have supplied, select "Submit Answers"
If ChatGPT needs additional information, you will see another set of questions it will ask.
You can continue to provide additional answers to get to the most robust content or if you are ready to see what ChatGPT has come up with, you can select the number of responses (1-4) you would like to see from the drop-down provided at the bottom right of the screen. The system will naturally default to 3 responses. Now select "Get Suggestions"
Depending on the existing load of the ChatGPT system, the response time can vary between 1 to 5 minutes. If you experience delays beyond this range, it may be an indication that there has been a period of prolonged inactivity, leading to a system timeout. This would necessitate restarting the process. It is therefore highly recommended that you allocate sufficient uninterrupted time to engage with ChatGPT and proceed with the necessary steps until your content has been fully generated.
Once ChatGPT has brought back responses, you will see them listed like my image below. You can toggle through the responses it has provided by clicking on Suggestion 1, Suggestion 2, and so on.
Once you like a response it has provided, make sure you are currently viewing the desired response and select the "Select Button" Indicated at the bottom of the window.
Once you have selected the option you like the most, the system will auto-place the contents into the body of your Email or Text. If you have opted to create an email, the system will also place in a subject line for your email.
Now it is time to customize!
Please keep in mind that your content needs some fine-tuning. When content is brought back, you will need to look it over and personalize it how you see fit.
There will be areas with ( ) indicating something like Provider Name, Clinic Name, Your Name, Patient Name, etc.
Or you may want to add something in that may not already be there.
For Example:
First, The beginning of my email says "Hello,"
I want it more personal than that. So I have placed my cursor next to hello, added one space, and selected the "Add Patient First Name" button at the bottom of the screen to ensure my email says Hello Patient First name,
Second, the bottom of my email states "Thanks, [Your Name Here] as shown in the image below.
I don't particularly care for that, so I am going to change it up a bit!
I changed my closing to:
Once you have made all necessary changes and fit the content to come from YOUR clinic and the way YOU would like to see it, you are ready to finish up your campaign.
This is when you would:
- Choose your necessary filters, to hit your target audience
- Save and Test your campaign
Then once everything is perfect, you will go back into your campaign and choose the "Is Live" Button and let the Magic Begin!!!
