To Add an Additional Clinic Location to an Existing Database
Please keep in mind, this adds a new clinic to your database. Totals coming from the new clinic will be included with financial totals from your existing clinic.
If you are needing to keep all financial data, patient info, etc. for the new clinic location separate, you must contact support and schedule time for a new server install at the new location.
STEP 1: Adding Clinic Location
Go to Admin
Select Clinic
Select Add
Enter All Info pertaining to Clinic
- Name of Clinic
- Address
- Phone/Fax Number
- Website
- Sales Tax Percentage
- Clinic ID
Clinic ID displays a Red box with the number 26 inside.
This is letting you know, the info entered, is printed and required on the
CMS-1500 HCFA form in box 26
Select Save When Finished
(Please note: You will see a Red! if necessary info was not entered before selecting Save)

You will see a second tab within the Clinic Window called:
Scheduler Time Interval
This tab is not an area where info will need to be added.
This area only displays the Reasons of Visits Connected to a clinic.
When adding a New Clinic, this area will be blank until Reasons of Visits are added to Admin>>Reasons of Visits
Step 2: Creating ROVs
Now you will go to Admin>Reasons for Visit
Select the New Clinic Name from the Drop-Down and Select Add at the bottom to start adding in your New Reasons for Visit (ROVs) associated with that clinic.

Step 3: Scheduling a Patient
Once you are finished, If you would like to schedule patients for this particular clinic location, you will make sure to select the clinic dropdown on the left-hand side of the appointment book or within the patient's file>Appointment tab>New to ensure the patient appointment scheduled is tied to the new clinic location.
When looking at the appointment dashboard, you will want to select the New Clinic location from the drop-down on the left to see all scheduled appointments scheduled for that particular location as the system will keep all appointments tied to the clinic they were scheduled for.
