How to see Cancelled, Deleted, and Rescheduled appointments within Appointment Book

When looking at your appointment book, you have a drop-down on the left-hand side, housed directly under Print and Month

Within this drop-down, you will have 4 boxes available.

Select ALL to see every cancelled, deleted, and rescheduled appointment that took place on that day.

Or 

You can choose to see Cancelled, Deleted, or Rescheduled appointments individually.

The appointment results report will also show this data in a report form. To check out additional information on the Appointment Results report, click HERE.
