Customer: If you encounter the following Error Message, here are some steps to help you to resolve your error.
This fix corrects the following errors:
- Key not found: 'Time Display' Parameter: name key
- Key not found: 'personlastnamedisplay Parameter name: key
- Key not found: 'visitnote' Parameter name: key
- Key not found: 'providerdisplay'
Fix:
- Close the software on all computers.
- Then open the software up on the first username having these errors.
- Go to the appointment dashboard screen (the 4 column view NOT the appointment book view).
- In each column: Scheduled, Arrived/Waiting, Checked In/Being Treated/Completed, right click on the column header and select "Default Grid Layout".
5. Log out and back in to see if the error still appears
6. Repeat on additional users with the same problem
7. Contact Support if this is still a problem
- Key not found: 'icdmapbutton' Parameter name: key **This means the ICD column is missing from the Edit Charges Panel
Fix: Within any patient appt>Edit Charges Panel>Right click Charge column and select Default layout
