Is your software linked to your Google calendar?
IF YES
the error means the customer changed their google password but did not change it in the software
- If YES – go to Admin > Providers > select provider name > click edit > select calendar synch and add in the correct email/ password > save (most likely the provider updated password and forgot to update here).
- This should take care of the issue.
IF NOT
This may mean that your office was using it at one time and tried to stop the software from sending appointments to the google calendar but, missed a step.
- Please start by going to Admin > Providers > Select provider name > click edit > select calendar synch and unchecking the box that says “publish this provider's appointments in his google calendar” > save
