How to fix + signs no longer showing within Patient Ledger Charges screen

Missing + (Plus) Sign in Patient Ledger 

The + sign to the left of a charge displays when an EOB has been posted, a write-off was applied, or a modifier was attached to the specific CPT code.

 In Some cases, moving the columns around can remove the + sign from view. 

Here are some simple steps to add them back: 

Make sure you only have one patient's file open when you follow these steps.

• Go to a patients' file
• Ledger tab
• charges tab and right-click a column header (description)
• Select Default Layout and the +/- sign will return
• If you have customized your header row then you will need to rearrange the header as it will be set to default
