Verifying that your database is sending:
To verify, you will Go to Admin → Email settings

You will click on the Message Queue Tab to see all campaigns/Reminders queued or Sent.
- If a Campaign shows the Queued status, it will change to Sent once the software has sent out the Campaign.
- Emails and Text Campaigns will display in this queue.
- The queue displays activity within the last 24 hrs. If you are needing verification that an Email or text was sent outside of the 24 hr window, you must contact support to look up those details.

Once received, your patients will have the ability to respond back via email or text, depending on how the campaign was received, by simply hitting reply.
