Import/Export a Campaign
Campaigns are a great way to communicate with patients utilizing either Mass Email or Mass Text messages. This feature enables your clinic to stay in constant contact whether a one-time announcement or a sequenced touch that is spaced out in the time frame you select. Sometimes, a provider would like to share what has worked for them acquiring new patients or educational materials that can be helpful when patients start care. For this action, we have allowed the ability to Import & Export Campaigns into CoAction.
To Export a previously created Campaign from your database
Go to Admin>Campaigns:
Highlight by clicking the Campaign you would like to Export from the list>Hit the "Click here to Import or Export area">Select Export:
Save the campaign to your device and name it. Be sure to leave it as an .xml file:

To Import a Campaign shared with you
Go to Admin>Campaigns:
At the bottom of the Campaigns Screen, Hit the "Click here to Import or Export area">Select Import:
This will open up your files manager. Select the Campaign xml file>Open:
This step will upload the Campaign and add it to your List. You will also see a Yellow notification banner at the top of the screen indicating "Imported campaign to file":
Now, Check out your campaign by highlighting it in the Campaigns List and hitting the Edit Button:
While in Edit mode, go through the content displayed and edit what is needed.. For Example: Clinic name, Clinic hours, Clinic contact info, etc. Then Save.
You are now all set to send out via Send Now Button or the Is Live Button
