**NOTE: The Order of Categories CANNOT be Changed. They are added to the SOAP Note Macros Panel in the order Created
Lets Get Started!
Access any Completed Appointment
Then in the SOAP Note Macros Panel, Select the Green Icon:
Now Select Settings
The Button Categories Section will list all of the Categories available within your SOAP Note Macro's Template:
From here, you will Add, Edit or Delete a Category:
Please Select the Add Button
Then place in the Name of the New Category & Appropriate Amount of Columns/Rows:
(In this example, I have chosen 3 Columns by 10 Rows. This allows for 30 Macro Buttons to be available)
Now, Find your newly Added Category in the list under Button Categories and Select OK:
Now, you will find your new Category to the Right of All Pre-Existing Categories:
Please Select the Category Title that should be Updated
Then select the Edit Button
Now, Make your Edit's.
You can Change the Category Title as well as the Amount of
Columns And/OR Rows
(In this example, I have Chosen 5 Columns by 5 Rows, this allows for 25 Macro Buttons to be available)
Then Select OK
Now, Lets Check the the Button Categories to make sure our Edited Title is showing
If Showing, Select OK
Now, you will see the Edited Title Changed and any
Changes to Columns/Rows
NOTE: Before you make changes, If you have buttons created on that category already and you want more, you will have to reposition them once the change is made.
After increasing 1 column and 1 row
If you would like to decrease the buttons, the system will remove buttons and you cannot control which ones are removed
After decreasing 1 column and 1 Row
SO PLEASE SAVE YOUR MACRO TEMPLATE BEFORE YOU DO THIS IN CASE YOU WANT TO CHANGE IT BACK!!!!
Please Select the Category Title that should be Deleted
Then select the Delete Button
**NOTE: These must be deleted out one by one and once a column is deleted, all buttons under that category are GONE
Now, you will see the Category Deleted from this List.
When you have verified the Category has been deleted,
Please Select OK
