How To Copy CPT Button Structure To Another User

To copy a CPT button structure from one user to another please follow these steps:

*Please note: Once you copy CPT button structures to another user, you cannot undo this. Before you make any changes, you may want to take screenshots of your current button structure.

  Step 1.) Go to Admin > CPT Codes >

 

Step 2.) Click Copy Button Structure located on the top center

 

Step 3.) Select user with correct button structure you are copying FROM on the left, and select the user you will copy TO on the right (use the down arrow to select the correct users).

WARNING: When you copy from one user to another you will OVERWRITE that users current button structure. Please ensure the user receiving the new buttons is aware of this.

 

Step 4.) Click SAVE and you are all finished!
